Excellent way to spend some time catching up with friends. Three double beds were perfect Positive: Excellent. Great location, easy to gain access with clear instructions. The online guides were a great touch. Negative: Just a couple of things to improve would be to do the touch ups around the house to keep up the great modern look of the place.

Good spaces for clothes and plenty of hangers! So comfortable with everything you need - home from home. Negative: Just the steep stairs but that’s understandable in the type of house it is and our party of senior ladies are all getting on in age unfortunately. The shower tray is a bit slippery so maybe a mat to put down would be good.

Perfect apartment in the centre of Chester, made even better by such a great host! Positive: This property is exceptional. The location is perfect for reaching all the shops, restaurants and sites in Chester by foot. There are multiple parking options available within a minutes walk. The apartment is easily accessible by code and has great facilities and cleanliness. Tim was so kind and helpful when asked if he could help arrange some decorations for a member of our group’s birthday. Tim really went above and beyond and was so generous in what he organised for us. This fantastic house really did meet our needs perfectly, and I would highly recommend choosing here when visiting Chester as a group. Thank you so much Tim! Negative: This is not a dislike at all (!), but just a warning for perspective guests, the stairs in the house are quite steep and narrow - so could be difficult to navigate for older guests. Also in no way a dislike, just a suggestion, a lamp in the lounge would be lovely for some dim lighting in the evening😊.

Pleasant Chester stay Positive: The property is in an amazing location and the beds were comfy. Plenty of facilities there for a longer stay. Negative: The floor was a little dirty - a few bits and my feet were dirty from walking on it. In general it could do with a lick of paint and new stair carpet

Negative: It was Particularly cold when we stayed and we were unable to increase the temperature throughout the property above 16 degrees as the device was locked with a pin that we didn’t have access to.

Positive: Great location Comfortable beds Clean Negative: Parking at the car park at the bottom of the street was £10 for over 4 hours, but bare in mind that you will get charged for the day you arrive and the following day. We arrived on a Saturday, so it was £10 plus £5 for a Sunday even though we left at check out time.

Brilliant Positive: First off, the host Tim was absolutely FANTASTIC. Brilliant communication, very understanding about some additional cleaning I needed with being immunosuppressed, he even left a stair gate for our overly adventurous toddler! Location was 10/10 right near the centre but so quiet! The beds were super comfy, lots of hot water and heating was a comfortable temp. The sofa downstairs was comfy and the TV was great! Very well catered for in terms of cooking equipment. I would absolutely stay here again! Negative: If I had a tiny tiny room for improvement it would be that the paint work could do with some attention!

Fantastic city to visit with an excellent property ideally located Positive: The property location was the best for us due to the lack of mobility following major leg surgery. It was fantastic to walk into town and great for bars and restaurants. The information provided about the location and facilities was extremely well done. Negative: The car parking arrangement isn't ideal but Chester is a difficult to park anyway. The 20 minutes you have to load and unload would be extremely hard if we had a young family and the wardens know the exit times and were hovering as we left.

Great location, modern, clean, beautiful Chester house Positive: The property is beautifully finished and well appointed with everything you could need. Shower gels, shampoo, towels, dishwasher tablets, coffee/tea etc all provided. It’s in a fantastic location just a short walk to the heart of the city. Host is really helpful and was prompt in replying to questions. We will definitely be back Negative: Being exceptionally picky (!) you can only park outside the property for 10 mins due to resident parking HOWEVER there are several car parks just a short walk away. Also, some blinds for the velux windows for have been perfect (unless I missed them!)

I’d stay here everytime I go to Chester now!! Positive: EVERYTHING! It was absolutely incredible. Modern decor, spotless & PERFECT location! The instructions of how to enter the property were emailed to me before I arrived, they were very easy to understand, and the lock on the door felt very secure! We didn’t even need to remember to take our keys out, as it was just a door code to lock it (we loved that!) … I read the reviews before I went which all seem to be saying how good this place was & that the photos don’t do it justice etc, but wow it seriously was amazing! Thank you so much! Negative: Nothing at all :)

Sehr zu empfehlen! Positive: Alles wunderbar! Neu, sauber und stylisch. Negative: Eine Kleinigkeit: Das Licht über dem Esstisch ist furchtbar. Am besten ein Tuch darüber hängen, dann ist es abends einigermaßen zu ertragen.

Absolutely amazing and we will definitely be back. Positive: Absolutely everything. It was beautifully decorated, clean and in an amazing location. It was decorated for Christmas which was a lovely touch. Tim was fabulous in his communication. Extra shout out to the chap who runs the car park at the end of the road. He was awesome and so helpful. Negative: The property could have benefited from a doormat because it was raining when we arrived and the floors downstairs are all tiled. That’s purely nitpicking though.

Excellent stay, absolutely LOVED it, have already recommended to friends and we'll definitely return Positive: We were visiting for our daughter's graduation ceremony at Chester Cathedral. The host Tim, was extremely helpful with queries I had in advance of our stay. He was also very responsive on our arrival when we were trying to regulate the heating and also so kindly left a bottle of fizz and a card for our daughter's gradutation. An excellent host! The house itself is in a fantastic location, with a car park just at the end of the street. The house is modern, so tastefully decorated, well equipped and welcoming; we felt at home for the night! The only negative is that we couldn't stay longer and will definitely book again. Negative: Perhaps a loo roll could be provided (there was a half roll left from a previous guest). Also, a dishcloth and kitchen spray would be useful too. It would be handy if there was a hook in the bathroom near the shower to hang your towel.
